On the second day of your package, our tour begins with a departure from the hotel heading to Ibirapuera Park, São Paulo’s most famous green area, comparable in importance to New York’s Central Park. There, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the expansive green spaces, lakes, museums, and monuments, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the park.
We will then proceed to Paulista Avenue, the most symbolic street of São Paulo and one of the main business centers of the country. We will walk down the avenue, admiring the modern architecture, visiting cultural centers, and experiencing the vibrant urban life of this iconic avenue.
We will leave the hustle and bustle of the big city for the Eastern tranquility of the Liberdade district, home to the largest Japanese community outside of Japan. In the neighborhood, visitors can explore stores offering Oriental products, savor Japanese cuisine, and appreciate the typical decor that characterizes the area.
From the Liberdade district, we will move on to the Historic Center of São Paulo, where many of the city’s historical attractions are concentrated. We will visit the Pátio do Colégio, the Sé Cathedral, the São Bento Monastery, and the Banco do Brasil Cultural Center (CCBB), immersing ourselves in the rich history and culture of the city.
Next, we will make a stop at the São Paulo Municipal Market, an eclectic-style building opened in 1933. Specializing in fresh and dry products, the market is a great place to taste classic delights of Brazilian cuisine and discover the diversity of local products.
We will end the day in the bohemian Vila Madalena neighborhood, filled with art studios and famous murals, where visitors can appreciate street art, explore galleries, and enjoy the relaxed and creative atmosphere of the area.
